Alumna Gabriella Baxter (B.A. 2015) Will Be Starting Her Masters of Social Work (MSW) at UC Berkeley This Fall

Gabrielle spent her senior year abroad taking part in a Global Studies, Peace and Development Program in Sweden. Upon graduation she completed an internship with Napa Valley Fair Housing and then worked as an AmeriCorps education specialist serving youths in the child welfare and juvenile justice systems of San Francisco. Gabriella also served two years in Fiji with the PeaceCorp in their Gender and Youth Empowerment sector. Since her return she has worked as a program manager for the Spark Program Inc, connecting middle school students with mentors, and most recently worked as a Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator with CASA of San Mateo County. She plans to use her MSW to transition to more program evaluation, implementation consulting and possibly policy analysis.
