Vanessa Moreno (BA 2020) will be attending a PhD program this fall

Vanessa is a graduate student of Anthropology and will be graduating in May. She is thrilled to join the Mexican American Studies PhD program at University of Arizona this upcoming Fall. Vanessa’s dissertation will be an ethnographic study of the United States government’s administration of Rapid DNA testing among asylum-seeking immigrant families at the U.S.-Mexico border.
