Professor Doug Bailey's new art/archaeology exhibition has opened in Portugal at the trend-setting cultural center and gallery Carpintarias de São Lázaro in Lisbon. In this graphic, video, and performance installation Doug continues his multi-disciplinary interrogation of the power (and danger) of archives and their imprisonment of subaltern people. Exhibition runs through the end of July and includes a set of public debates and a workshop in mid-summer.
