Peter Biella to give keynote lecture at the World Film Festival

Peter Biella, Professor of Visual Anthropology, has been invited to give a keynote lecture about his work at the opening session of the World Film Festival in Tartu, Estonia in the Estonian National Museum.  With  co-director Leonard Kamerling, Biella will screen and discuss their feature film, Changa Revisited, which depicts the changes in the life of a single Maasai family over a period of thirty years.  Changa has been shown throughout the US and Europe.  In 2016, it was awarded First Prize in Romania's Astra International Film Festival.
